So what this thing does is that ; It's supposed to (according to the website) remove 6x more makeup than manual cleansing, leaves your skin feeling and looking smoother, cleanses so well that products absorb better, helps reduce oily areas, dry skin patches and blemishes, helps reduce the appearance of visible pores, and also reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

It comes in many pretty vibrant colours (apart from the ones you see above) and after much consideration, I finally chose turqoise cause the colour is sooooooo pretty and I couldn't resist it. I haven't used my Clarisonic Mia long enough to give you guys a proper review but I've tested it for 2 days and that's like 4 washes, twice a day - once in the morning and once at night and I have to say I'm totally sold to this product. It's like once you've tried/used it, you will never ever want to wash your face with your fingers again. So far, I haven't really seen any improvements for fine lines and blemishes, but I swear I thought my pores are a wee bit less visible upon my first usage. I don't know if it's the placebo effect but it really looked like it shrank a little. But anyway, it did what it promised in smoothing the skin cause my face felt really smooth after using it. It's like it's even smoother than my bum !

And so, my Mia came with the sensitive brush head and I personally feel that it's just nice for my skin. Oh, I have combination skin by the way - dry at the cheeks and oily at my t-zone areas and I find that the sensitive brush head isn't too abrasive nor harsh for my skin. Unlike many other electronic cleansing brushes, the bristles don’t "dig" into your skin but rather they kinda rotates which feels pretty good I must say (Think : Massage).

What i really love about this product is that it is cordless and it comes with a magnetized charger, which makes it very idiot proof to use. Like you just "clip" the charger onto your Mia, plug the charger into your powerpoint, and you're good to go. It is also shower-friendly and travel-friendly (but it's not quite pocket friendly I must say) If you can see, it's not too big nor small for my hands to hold and the grip is just nice and its completely waterproof so you can use it in your showers and you don't need to worry about getting yourselves electrocuted or anything of that sort.

It only runs for a minute and then it automatically shuts off. So if you feel that you need an extra minute to wash your face, by all means power it on again and let the brush work its way through your face. I've been using this twice a day and 2 minutes per wash and I don't (or rather, haven't) find it too drying for my face so I might be sticking to this routine for probably another month or so before I cut down to 1 minute. I've been planning to cut the morning's routine to 1 minute though, but we shall see how things goes after a week.

If you have any questions regarding the Clarisonic Mia, or you have any other random questions for me, feel free to drop me a comment in my Formspring, and I promise I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I guess that's all I have to say for the product as of now (phew, that's a lengthy one) and I'll do another proper review on my Mia in probably another 3-4 weeks' time ♥
